This is my home team, my family. We live by the beach south of Santa Cruz, California. They are my pride and joy. A dream come true really. I get excited to share my love of sports with them and I’ve truly never learned as much as I have since becoming a mother and wife.
My husband and I met in 2007 in Tempe, Arizona. I was fresh out of college and just got hired with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was there playing baseball in the Arizona Fall League, where top prospects from all MLB teams come together to play a short season during the fall. He was wearing a Santa Cruz skateboard shirt; it was last call and as they say the rest was history.
