Best NFL WAG Style

WAGS – I am sure most of you know what this term means, but in case my grandma is reading 😉 She’s actually very hip and might know too! WAGS is short for wives and girlfriends of athletes and these ladies always bring it on GameDay, especially in the NFL. While I was thinking about my favorite WAG styles and GameDay’s in general I thought about a sports business class I took in college at Arizona State. We spent time a decent amount of time learning about the psychology of NFL games and their fans. It was quite fascinating! We talked about the unparallel hype around NFL games compared to other sports and I honestly never really thought about that before, but it is so true. There is such a buildup each week and with only about 8 homes games each season these WAGS and tailgating fans alike really got to come correct for GameDay!

Claire Kittle – our favorite Niner girl brings the heat each week. She attends every home and away game of her husband, George Kittle’s. I admire that support and dedication. They are going to have the best memories and stories. Claire exudes effortless cool style while still looking comfortable and not trying too hard. She has a presence about her and is always geared out ready to cheer on her man while looking very and I mean very fresh faced. I love her signature gold layered jewelry and long dark hair. Claire likes to find vintage 49er threads, which I love! She has a website, Lettey Set Go where you can find links to some of her favorite 49er gear she found on E-Bay and other Kittle inspired merch you can purchase. Claire is a natural beauty and stands out in the crowd. Her and her crew seem to have the best time at the games. Bang bang!

Kristin Juszczyk – truly not being biased here, but our Niner girls are some of the most stylish in the league. Kristin is married to Niners fullback, Kyle Juszczyk and she literally makes her GameDay clothes, and they are all fire. Idk how the heck she thinks of all these fun, hip and unique combos, but she does, and it never disappoints. It is one thing to throw on some team swag, but it is a whole different level to make your own. I wonder if she is ever over it and just wants to wear a sweatshirt and leggings.  Truly Nothing finer than a 49er! I think she needs her own sports line for stylish lady fans. I mean I love Alyssa Milano and her appreciation for sports, but the younger generation deserves to feel extra cool as they cheer on their favorite team. Kristin actually has her own clothing site, Origin Shop if I recall correctly but not sure if she’s still actively doing that. Check out the pics below of some of her creations. That football coreset is literally made out of a football, like what?! Check out her IG to see how she creates all these one of a kind looks.

Hannah Ann – I love Hannah Ann. She is from the bachelor franchise and seems like such a sweet and innocent southern girl. She is a go getter and I admire her hustle. She is engaged to Jake Funk, another Southern boy who used to play for the LA Rams where they met. He is now with the Indianapolis Colts. Hanna Ann has some great game day fits. I loved the studded corset top she wore to the Colts home opener. She really went for it and paired it with white shorts and white knee-high boots. She was there to root on her man and make a statement as the new WAG in town. Mission accomplished! Can’t wait to see more of her GameDay looks this season.

Kennedy Stidham – Okay, this girl is a vibe. I first learned about her when her husband Jarrett Stidham got his shot as the Raiders quarterback after Derek Carr was benched last season. He is now the backup QB for the Denver Broncos. Her home opener look knocked my socks off (wow, if that isn’t an almost 40-year-old comment lol) For real though, check out the pic below…I love those denim boots so much! It went so well with the overall Bronco aesthetic. She totally nailed it. She is another WAG with perfect hair. I read that she does not brush her hair every day, so naturally I have been trying that too and let’s just say I did not have the same results.

So, when I started writing this blog last week, I wanted to find an OG WAG with a couple of kids who prioritizes comfort. Maybe a mom whose husband plays in a cold weather city. She wants to be warm and acts like she’s been there before, because let’s be real chasing around a 2-year-old in a suite in knee high boots sounds dangerous unless of course grandma is there. I immediately knew I had to call off my original quest once T Swift showed up at Arrowhead on Sunday and set the internet / world a blaze. Admittedly, I am not the biggest T Swift fan, but I liked seeing her at the game and enjoyed her GameDay style. It was simple and festive with her red nails and lips. I saw a clip from after the game and it looks like she wore shorts and some white / red sneakers with tallish white socks. So comfs. Taylor’s WAG style was spirited, not overdone, comfortable and fun. What I want to know is where she got the Chiefs jacket? Was it his? Did she hit up a store? Also, did she meet Travis’ mom before the game or was that the first time? Did she change before going to dinner and that after party? I need deets! Travis Kelce said she was ballsy to pull up in his podcast yesterday and totally agree! Word on the street is she plans on going to their Sunday Night Football this Sunday. Let the good times roll! She’s probably wondering why the hell she didn’t date an athlete before this. Get with it, Taylor 😉 Maybe she has, but I don’t think so. Swifties, do we know?

Another fun week in the NFL with more action ahead as the Niners take on the Arizona Cardinals who are coming off a big W against the Cowboys. Here’s to hopefully bringing them back down to earth this Sunday!
